The Wedding Dress

I am starting to realise that I am not a normal girl. I find shopping tedious and frustrating. The shopping I mildly enjoy is when meandering the streets of a new town and browsing their boutiques and unusual shops.
But otherwise, shopping is a reminder of cash I don't have to spend, a body that still needs a little more toning up before I try that on, and crowds of rude women that left their friendly self at the front door when they left home to go shopping.

I've been told wedding dress shopping is fun. I think that is a saying for normal girls. I find it rather monotonous and time wasting. The gowns are lovely, and the service impeccable. One person to dress you for an hour in anything you select. I feel like a princess. But - it is shopping. And I really don't like shopping.
Maybe I've tried too many gowns on. Maybe I've burst the fun bubble of wedding dress shopping.
I personally think, a little like children and cats, you either like them or you don't. I guess I am a 'don't' person when it comes to wedding dress shopping.
I see other girls with their friends and family trying on dresses. So many I have seen break down in tears with happiness and excitement. I've also seen many say "This is it. This is my dress". Neither of these things have happened to me as of yet.
Hopefully soon. I don't think I can endure another day of wedding dress shopping.
